The Challenge

Vaillant wanted an exhibition stand as functional and innovative as their products. The brief was to create a visually attractive space, where visitors could learn more about Vaillant products through hands-on experiences and presentations.

Our Solutions

Insert Productions supported Imagine Events from design to delivery. We helped specify which tech would achieve the best results. We supplied all AV & IT hire equipment, installing and managing the system on site. In addition to the main AV tech, we provided all technical infrastructure services including power distribution, networks, content management and specialist show crew.

Touch Table

An interactive touch table was one of the key features on Vaillant’s exhibition stand. We supported Imagine Events by providing an Ilyama 49” 4K UHD touchscreen and the necessary IT infrastructure. We installed the tech and managed the interactive content, providing technical support throughout the planning, build and show stages.

LED Walls

Two 3.5x2M LED walls either side of the exhibition stand attracted people to Vaillant’s space. We specified Absen 2.5mm Polaris panels—a premium quality LED screen for close-distance viewing at exhibitions. Using a media server, we synchronised content between the two LED walls and other screens on the stand, connected by underfloor fibre optic cabling.

Presentation Area

Vaillant’s stand included a presentation area, where members of their team hosted sessions relating to Vaillant products. We helped Imagine Events specify the AV tech required, then supplied, installed and managed a full audiovisual presentation system, featuring a 75” 4K UHD display screen and a PA system with wireless microphones.
