Prior to defining the range of solutions, we supported Seen throughout the conceptualisation phase, advising them on how interactive and experiential technology could be used to increase delegate satisfaction and engagement. Pre-production planning including 3D visualisation and pre-programming resulted in a more efficient onsite installation.
The unique architectural features of the Pavillon Vendôme required us to design a bespoke stage, maximising the floor space whilst integrating the venue’s LED screen into the design. We worked closely with the set designer, ensuring the event’s aesthetic identity ran throughout. We installed a DDA compliant ramp for disabled access to the stage.
We provided all video content control for the event—integrating live camera feeds and Keynote/PowerPoint presentations into the onscreen content. Using a Barco e2 screen management system, we routed content to multiple playback surfaces around the auditorium. All systems had a main and backup feed, guaranteeing uninterrupted playback.
Insert Productions supplied and installed experiential activations including screens and lighting for breakout attractions around the convention, creating experiences people could interact with increased footfall and boosted engagement. We provided a full Pioneer DJ kit, which helped generate a party atmosphere during breaks in the conference.
LED relay screens either side of the main screen ensured the audience had a clear view of the conference content. We supplied, installed and managed two 3.5x2M Absen Polaris 2.5mm LED screens, colour-balanced to match the venue’s screen. Additional screens around the auditorium relayed the content to where it was needed.
Guests to the conference were greeted by Amazon branding and embellishments to the facade of the Pavillon Vendôme. We supplied and installed an outdoor lighting system featuring 16 Astera LED tubes, scrolling through Amazon’s brand colours, as well as LED washes lighting Amazon signage and architectural features of the building.
