iGB Live 2024 attracted over 15,000 delegates to Amsterdam’s RAI convention centre. The event welcomed the iGaming community for two days of networking and relationship building. Equinox were passionate about creating a welcoming exhibition space which attracted people to Imagine Live’s stand, with engaging technology triggering conversations and helping prospective customers learn more about the Imagine Live brand.

The Challenge

Equinox provided us with detailed designs indicating the technology required. Our brief was to specify which products would best suit their requirements, to design the infrastructure, to supply and install the equipment, and provide onsite tech support during live days.

Our Solutions

We provided all technical production services for the Imagine Live stand: LED screens & video playback, audio, lighting, rigging, power distribution and network connectivity. We crewed the show with a dedicated Project Manager and specialist AV technicians.

LED Tunnel

Equinox designed an LED tunnel entrance to help Imagine Live wrestle attention away from competitors on the iGB Live showfloor. We brought their vision to life, not only supplying the Unilumin uPad IV flexible LED tiles, but also undertaking the complex job of installing the LED panels in the exhibition stand’s framework and providing video playback systems.

LED Banner

Maximising Imagine Live’s impact at the show was a 6.5x2.5M LED banner suspended above their stand, built using Absen Polaris 2.5mm LED panels with 90° seamless corners. We provided all technical requirements including truss and rigging, an LED lighting rig and truss-mounted Wifi access points for unbroken connectivity across Imagine Live’s space.

Demo Stations

Imagine Live’s core products are casino software and gaming apps—iGB Live presented an ideal opportunity for prospective customers to get hands-on demonstration of their products. We provided two demo stations featuring a 32” 4K touchscreen and an iPhone, so users could experience desktop and mobile versions of the software.
