We partnered with Taylex Group’s designers, advising them which technology would achieve the best results and how to integrate our systems into their stand design for maximum impact and effect. We took care of all pre-production and onsite crewing requirements.
Taylex Group used a beMatrix modular system to build a two-storey exhibition stand for Kawasaki. We supplied, installed and managed a 4x2.5M high definition LED wall, using beMatrix 2.5mm LEDskin panels. The key benefit of LEDskin being that it fits directly into beMatrix frames, without the need for additional rigging or support—maximising the use of space.
A truss-mounted Panasonic PTZ camera captured live presentations and interviews on the first floor balcony. The camera was operated by one of our specialist AV technicians, who mixed the live footage with Kawasaki branding and lower third annotations—using a Black Magic ATEM 2 to switch between live and pre-recorded content.
We supplied and installed an L-Acoustics PA system, with eight speakers mounted in the truss, resulting in a balanced and even sound coverage across the stand. Handheld Sennheiser wireless microphones captured audio content from the presentations. Our AV technician used an Allen & Heath CG-12T audio console for mixing and switching.
