We designed, supplied, installed and managed specialist audiovisual systems. In addition to lighting, video and audio, we provided the technical infrastructure, fulfilling all rigging, power distribution and crewing needs. As a single source supplier taking on all aspects of technical production, we relieved Seen Presents’ team from any stress or concern relating to the technical success of their event.
Seen Presents tasked us with building ‘Home from Home’, a theatre and meeting place at the heart of the brand experience. To achieve this, we used Prolyte Stagedex to fill in the hotel’s octagonal swimming pool. We then kitted out the theatre with staging, lighting, audio and a 4K video system for screenings and presentations.
Insert Productions specified, supplied, installed and operated an LED lighting rig of more than 100 fixtures. We provided creative lighting for all the activation zones, show lighting for the DJ/party area, flood lights across multiple areas and an emergency lighting package which supplemented the venue's existing system and ensured H&S legislation was met.
Music played an important role in setting the scene for each activation area. We provided discrete audio systems for all seven themed zones, plus a substantial PA system for the party area. All the activation areas played individual soundtracks during the day, but the whole system came together as party night took over the entire JW Marriott rooftop.
Guests were invited to play a speed reaction game which mimicked the 30 turns of the Monaco F1 circuit, part of an interactive experience to promote Netflix's Senna Documentary. We designed and built the game, from developing software and integrating the electronics, through to installing and managing the activation on site in Cannes.
Seen's concept to create an immersive Squid Games activation took inspiration from the Dalgoma cookie challenge in the popular tv series. We integrated digital and physical technologies to produce the game experience. Hitting the start button activated a countdown, after which guests had to navigate four buzz wire games in the shortest amount of time.
